Our Strategy Accelerator is designed for leaders of market-facing organisations and their leadership teams.​ It is a facilitated, modular engagement that guides you through the Adaptive Approach Sequence™ and provides materials to support you after the programme.

The aims are to create or renew your strategy and to train you in our methodology so that you keep winning long after we've gone.

It can be delivered for a leadership team or to senior leaders in a one-to-one setting.

Red Team your strategy

Oversimplified frameworks like VMOST and SWOT lack effective diagnostic rigour and introduce hidden, untested and invalid assumptions into strategy at the outset. Whilst making assumptions is essential in strategy, they must be conscious, visible, tested and monitored.
