You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise use the Site Content without Valion’s prior written consent, except as expressly permitted in Section 3 (“Use of Site Content”). All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Adaptive Approach Sequence (A2S™) and other Valion marks and materials are proprietary to Valion and may not be used without permission.

All names, designs, and logos on the Site (collectively, the “Trademarks”) are either registered or unregistered trademarks of Valion or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Trademarks in any manner likely to cause confusion, misrepresent association, or imply endorsement by Valion without our prior written consent.

4. Use of Site Content
Valion grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and display the Site Content solely for personal, non-commercial use, provided that:

Where the Site permits you to submit content, feedback, or communications (“User Content”), you grant Valion a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display such User Content for lawful purposes consistent with Valion’s mission and applicable data protection laws.

All content and functionality are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
