2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content and functionality on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, concepts, frameworks, methodologies, training materials, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the “Site Content”)—is the exclusive property of Valion or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise use the Site Content without Valion’s prior written consent, except as expressly permitted in Section 3 (“Use of Site Content”). All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Adaptive Approach Sequence (A2S™) and other Valion marks and materials are proprietary to Valion and may not be used without permission.

3. Trademarks

All names, designs, and logos on the Site (collectively, the “Trademarks”) are either registered or unregistered trademarks of Valion or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Trademarks in any manner likely to cause confusion, misrepresent association, or imply endorsement by Valion without our prior written consent.

You must not use any Valion Trademarks or Site Content for commercial, promotional, or public purposes without explicit authorisation.

4. Use of Site Content

Valion grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and display the Site Content solely for personal, non-commercial use, provided that:

You do not modify the Site Content or create derivative works.
You retain all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices.
You comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

You must not:

Access, mine, or scrape data from the Site (including via automated means).
Use the Site Content to train or develop machine-learning or artificial-intelligence systems.
“Mirror” or frame the Site or any portion thereof.
Use the Site in violation of applicable laws, including UK export controls, sanctions, or intellectual property laws.

Valion reserves the right to revoke this licence and restrict or terminate access at its discretion.

5. User Submissions and Conduct

Where the Site permits you to submit content, feedback, or communications (“User Content”), you grant Valion a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display such User Content for lawful purposes consistent with Valion’s mission and applicable data protection laws.

Is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful;
Infringes any intellectual property or privacy rights;
Contains malicious code or viruses; or
Misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity.

Valion does not routinely review User Content but reserves the right to remove any material at its discretion.

6. Copyright Infringement Notifications

Valion respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

Valion will respond to legitimate notices in accordance with UK law and may remove or disable access to the infringing material.

The Site Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, financial, legal, investment, or other regulated advice.

All content and functionality are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Valion does not guarantee that the Site or its content will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Valion regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (written or oral) relating to this subject matter.
